The short version: if you join the waitlist we store your email address so we can email you once, on the day Tarz goes live. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a newsletter. Ask us to delete it and we will.

What we collect

• Your email address (required — it is the only way to tell you about launch).
• The market you selected, if you chose one, and whether you build stores for clients. Both optional. We use them to prioritise what we build.
• The country code your request arrived from, which Cloudflare adds automatically, and the page the form was submitted from.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or session tracking on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

Why we are allowed to hold it

You asked us to. Under the GDPR this is consent, given by submitting the form, for the single stated purpose of telling you when the product launches. You can withdraw it at any time and the withdrawal costs you nothing.

Where it lives

Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, and mirrored to our email provider so the launch email can be sent. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nobody else receives the list.

How long we keep it

Until the launch email is sent, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Tarz never launches, we delete the list and tell you we did.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@tarztheme.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to your national data protection authority.
