العدّاد التنازلي لا يظهر
العدّاد يظهر فقط عندما يوجد موعد مستقبلي محدد. اضبط تاريخًا ووقتًا قادمين في إعدادات البلوك. هذا سلوك مقصود: لا عدّادات وهمية في هذا القالب.
مؤشر المخزون لا يظهر
المؤشر يقرأ المخزون الحقيقي. تأكد من تفعيل تتبع الكمية للمنتج، وأن الكمية ضمن الحد الذي ضبطته — فإذا لم يكن هناك ما يقال بصدق، لا يظهر شيء.
حوامل الألوان لا تظهر في الفلاتر
أكمل ربط الألوان بتصنيف شوبيفاي، وفعّل عرض الحامل في فلتر اللون بتطبيق Search & Discovery، ثم امنح الفهرسة من 24 إلى 48 ساعة. التفاصيل في دليل المجموعات والفلاتر.
الصور ضبابية أو ثقيلة
لكل قسم قائمة «حجم الصورة» الخاصة به — اختر الحجم المناسب لتخطيط القسم بدل تحميل صورة كاملة الدقة في عمود ضيق.
أين أجد إصدار القالب؟
يظهر تحت اسم القالب في «المتجر الإلكتروني ← القوالب».

Fonts look like the system default
Choose your families in Theme settings → Typography. No font loads before you select it — that is how the store stays fast.
The countdown is not showing
A countdown in "Fixed date" mode — the product countdown's default — renders only while its end date is in the future: set an upcoming date and time in the block's settings (the announcement-bar countdown works the same way). Once the date passes it hides instead of restarting: no fake deadlines. The optional "Evergreen (session)" mode and the cart's "Reservation timer" are session-based and always render.
The stock indicator is not showing
The indicator reads real inventory. Make sure quantity tracking is enabled for the product, "Continue selling when out of stock" is turned off, and the stock level is between 1 and the "Alert threshold" you set — when there is nothing honest to say, it says nothing.
Colour swatches are missing from filters
Complete the colour taxonomy linking, enable swatch display on the Colour filter in Search & Discovery, then allow 24–48 hours for re-indexing. Details in the Collections & filters guide.
Images look soft or heavy
Most image sections have their own "Image size" dropdown (Small to Extra large, usually with an "Adapt to image" option) — pick the size that matches the section's layout instead of loading a full-resolution image into a narrow column. Sections without the dropdown size their images through existing controls such as "Image width", "Image aspect ratio", or height.
