Tarz theme releases · Updated August 2026

Tarz versions follow semantic versioning — major.minor.patch — and every entry here is dated by month. Theme Store purchases include updates, so nothing on this page ever costs an existing buyer anything extra.

1.0.0 — August 2026

Finalised and going through Shopify Theme Store review. This is the complete theme as it will launch, pending Shopify's review. It contains:

• 52 sections, 41 theme blocks and 16 templates, right-to-left-native throughout — CSS logical properties, no rtl.css file, Arabic as the default locale with the theme editor included
• 53 licence-audited Arabic font families; only the families a merchant selects are loaded
• Regional payment badges (Mada, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, Fawry, ValU) and regional carriers (Aramex, SMSA, Bosta) on the order-tracking page
• Cash-on-delivery app compatibility: a standard product form with app blocks, verified with live test orders through EasySell and Releasit
• A floating WhatsApp button as a native setting — a plain wa.me link, no app, no external script
• A native structured-data suite: Product with per-variant offers, AggregateRating, MerchantReturnPolicy, OfferShippingDetails, FAQPage, Organization, WebSite/SearchAction and BreadcrumbList
• Four header layouts, switchable in the editor
• Product gallery with desktop hover zoom and a full-screen mobile lightbox, thumbnails docked on logical sides
• Colour swatches in the variant picker, with the same linking feeding Search & Discovery colour filters on collection pages
• Honest countdowns: the announcement countdown supports fixed deadlines only, and the product-page countdown defaults to a fixed date
• Reveal animations that honour the visitor's reduced-motion preference

Planned

Nabd (نبض), a specialty-coffee preset on the same engine, ships to every buyer as a free theme update after launch. We are not publishing a date we cannot hold — for the launch or for anything after it.
